SocialMintPro ("we", "us", "our") operates the website socialmintpro.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email and hashed password when you sign up.
  • Order data: the target public handle for delivery, the service package you selected, and the transaction hash you submit as proof of USDT payment.
  • Support messages: anything you send to our support Telegram or email address.

Information collected automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps for security and abuse detection.
  • Cookies: a strictly-necessary sign-in cookie (Supabase Auth) and, if you consent, analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

2. What we do NOT collect

  • We never ask for and never store your Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube password.
  • We do not link your SocialMintPro account to your creator handle beyond the order you place.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third-party marketers.

3. How we use your data

  • Fulfilling and delivering orders.
  • Sending you order status updates.
  • Verifying USDT payments via public blockchain explorers.
  • Detecting fraud and abuse.
  • Complying with legal obligations.

4. Third parties we rely on

  • Supabase — authentication and database. Data is stored in Supabase's managed Postgres.
  • Railway — application hosting.
  • BscScan / Etherscan / Polygonscan — public blockchain explorers we query to verify USDT payments.
  • Binance — read-only deposit history checks when you pay from a Binance wallet.

Each provider processes personal data under its own privacy policy. We do not share more than the minimum required to complete a transaction.

5. Data retention

Account records are kept for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 24 months after fulfillment for audit and dispute purposes, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account at any time by writing to us — see Contact.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Security

We use TLS everywhere, hashed passwords via Supabase Auth, principle-of-least-privilege database access, and short-lived session cookies. No system is perfectly secure — we disclose known breaches as required by law.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, notified to you by email.
