Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocialMintPro ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SocialMintPro is

SocialMintPro is a marketplace of social-media growth services for public Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts. When you place an order, we deliver the agreed quantity of followers, likes, views, or comments to the public handle you specify.

We provide no analytics, no scraping tools, no login-based services, and we never request your password for any platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must own the account you place orders for, or have explicit permission from the account owner.
• The target account must be public.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders and payment

• Orders are placed by paying the exact USDT amount shown on checkout to the wallet address on the checkout page.
• The blockchain transaction is your proof of purchase. Submit the transaction hash so we can match it to your order.
• Delivery begins after we confirm the transaction on-chain, typically within a few minutes.
• Delivery pace varies by package. See the product description for each service.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use SocialMintPro to:

• Order delivery to accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to grow.
• Target private, protected, or suspended accounts.
• Attempt to defraud the payment system with double-spends, chargebacks, or falsified transactions.
• Grow accounts that violate the source platform's policies (e.g. accounts posting illegal content).
• Automate access to the Service beyond ordinary purchases.

6. Platform policies

You're responsible for understanding Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube's policies. These platforms may restrict, penalize, or remove accounts that receive artificial engagement. We disclose this risk clearly on every product page.

7. No warranties

We deliver in good faith with the highest-quality vendor sources we can source. We do not guarantee:

• Retention of delivered followers/likes/views by the source platform.
• Any specific engagement rate or follower behavior after delivery.
• Continued availability of the service if a platform changes its rules.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialMintPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is covered separately in our Refund Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SocialMintPro is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
