Refund Policy

We want every order to succeed. If it doesn't, here is exactly when we refund and how.
1. When we refund in full
- Non-delivery. If we cannot deliver the ordered quantity within 7 days of confirmed payment, you receive a full refund on request.
- Wrong target. If we delivered to the wrong handle because of an internal error (not because you typed the wrong handle), we redeliver to the correct handle at no cost, or refund at your choice.
- Duplicate payment. If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, the duplicate transaction is refunded in full.
- Target unavailable at scan. If the target handle is private, deleted, or suspended when we start delivery, you receive a full refund. We check this before starting.
2. When we refund partially
- If less than the full ordered quantity was delivered before the service failed, we refund the undelivered portion pro-rata.
- If drops occur within the guarantee window (per-product, documented on the product page), we top up or refund the dropped portion.
3. When we do not refund
- You typed the wrong handle at checkout and the service was delivered to that handle.
- The order was successfully delivered but you changed your mind. Delivered social engagement cannot be recalled.
- You attempted a chargeback or double-spend, or your payment was flagged for fraud.
- The target platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) removed the delivered engagement more than 30 days after delivery, unless the specific product carries a longer guarantee.
- You violated our Terms of Service in placing the order.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued in the same currency you paid (USDT) to the wallet address you used to place the payment, unless the original wallet is inaccessible. Please allow up to 48 hours for the on-chain transaction.
5. How to request a refund
- Open your order history and copy the order reference (starts with
ord_). - Email us the order reference and a short description of the issue. See Contact.
- We reply within 24 hours with the next step.
6. Time limit
Refund requests must be filed within 14 days of the order's payment date. After that, only the applicable product-specific guarantee applies.
